Terms of Service

YourTinyServer is a product of KmerHosting LLC. These Terms are aligned with, and incorporate by reference, the Terms of Service published at kmerhosting.com/legal/terms. Where a conflict exists, the KmerHosting Terms prevail.

1. Service

YourTinyServer provides LXC-based Linux server instances. The Service does not include domain name registration, SSL certificate issuance, professional email hosting, or website builder tools. Those products may be purchased separately from KmerHosting or any third-party registrar.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account.

3. Billing and credits

Servers are billed monthly against your account credit balance. You top up the balance in advance. Unused credit is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. See our Abuse policy.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or AUP violations. You may cancel any server at any time from your dashboard.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". KmerHosting LLC's liability is limited as described in the KmerHosting Terms of Service.

No affiliation notice: YourTinyServer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canonical Ltd. The interface uses Canonical's Vanilla Framework under its open source license.
